After falling off my bike, getting a flat tire, and almost having an unpleasant meeting with a wild dog ...
A few lessons learned (again🤷🏻) today:
1) When walking, riding, or driving in the dark - GO SLOW.
2) Do NOT ride or walk with a bicycle through a patch of thorny weeds.
3) If you find a thorn embedded in the tire of your bike, do NOT remove it if you don't have an immediate way to patch the inner tube.
4) Shortcuts almost inevitably MAKE MISSIONS LONGER - not shorter!
